I called SeaGreen Plumbing to ask for advice on choosing a new Water Heater; Rick returned my call in a timely manner and was very honest, informative, and helpful. He went the extra mile to obtain the one that we decided on, and made all of the arrangements. Rick kept me informed each step of the way, and did what he said he would do - not something you can always find in a business anymore! Rick was fantastic, he came out and told me I did not need several repairs, he explained condensation in the hot water tank and its drainage. I asked him to return a week later and install a pressure relief valve drain line. Mine had been covered in concrete on this new house when they poured the front porch. Now I'm up to code and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Rick, if you don't need the work done, he will tell you, honest and will explain what you need and why.
